1. Aceptación de términos
Al acceder a los servicios de Hazteunsitio.net, incluyendo hosting web, VPS, servidores de juegos, emisoras de radio online y servicios de diseño web, el Usuario declara haber leído, comprendido y aceptado en su totalidad los presentes Términos de Servicio. Si no está de acuerdo con alguno de estos términos, debe abstenerse de utilizar nuestros servicios.
Hazteunsitio.net se reserva el derecho de actualizar estos términos en cualquier momento. Los cambios entran en vigor desde su publicación en el sitio web. El uso continuado de los servicios implica la aceptación de los términos actualizados.
2. Descripción del servicio
Hazteunsitio.net ofrece los siguientes servicios de tecnología:
- Hosting Web SSD/NVMe: Alojamiento compartido con cPanel, LiteSpeed y SSL gratis.
- VPS Cloud y Servidores Dedicados: Servidores virtuales y físicos con root access completo.
- Gameservers: Servidores para juegos online (Minecraft, FiveM, Rust, ARK, CS2 y otros).
- Emisoras de Radio Online: Servicios de streaming con Icecast/SHOUTcast y AutoDJ.
- Diseño Web Profesional: Creación de sitios web, tiendas online y landing pages.
- Registro de Dominios: Registro, transferencia y gestión de nombres de dominio.
- Creador Web con IA: Herramienta automatizada para crear sitios web.
Los servicios están disponibles las 24 horas, con un objetivo de disponibilidad del 99.9% mensual (SLA), salvo mantenimientos programados notificados con antelación mínima de 24 horas.
3. Registro y cuenta de usuario
Para acceder a los servicios, el Usuario debe crear una cuenta proporcionando información verídica, completa y actualizada. El Usuario es responsable de:
- Mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales de acceso.
- Todas las actividades que ocurran bajo su cuenta.
- Notificar inmediatamente a Hazteunsitio.net cualquier uso no autorizado de su cuenta.
- Asegurarse de que la información de contacto esté siempre actualizada.
Hazteunsitio.net no se responsabiliza por pérdidas derivadas del acceso no autorizado a la cuenta del Usuario cuando este no ha protegido adecuadamente sus credenciales.
4. Pagos y facturación
Los servicios de Hazteunsitio.net se facturan de forma mensual, trimestral o anual según el plan contratado. Aceptamos los siguientes métodos de pago:
- PayPal: Para pagos internacionales con tarjeta o saldo PayPal.
- Nequi: Pagos desde Colombia vía aplicación móvil.
- PSE (Pagos Seguros en Línea): Transferencia desde cuentas bancarias colombianas.
- MercadoPago: Disponible para Colombia, Chile, Argentina y otros países de LATAM.
Los precios están expresados en dólares estadounidenses (USD) salvo indicación contraria. Las facturas se emiten automáticamente y se envían al correo electrónico registrado. El impago de facturas dentro de los 7 días de vencimiento puede resultar en la suspensión del servicio.
Hazteunsitio.net puede modificar los precios notificando con 30 días de antelación. El Usuario puede cancelar el servicio antes de que entre en vigor el nuevo precio.
5. Política de uso aceptable
Los servicios de Hazteunsitio.net no pueden ser utilizados para:
- Alojar, distribuir o transmitir contenido ilegal, pornografía infantil o material protegido por derechos de autor sin autorización.
- Envío de spam, correos masivos no solicitados o phishing.
- Actividades de hacking, exploits, malware, ransomware o cualquier ataque informático.
- Minar criptomonedas sin autorización expresa por escrito.
- Actividades que afecten negativamente la estabilidad de los servidores o la experiencia de otros clientes.
- Infringir derechos de terceros o violar legislación colombiana o internacional aplicable.
Hazteunsitio.net se reserva el derecho de suspender o terminar inmediatamente cualquier servicio que viole esta política, sin previo aviso y sin derecho a reembolso.
6. Política de cancelación y reembolso
Garantía de 30 días: Para servicios de hosting compartido nuevos, ofrecemos una garantía de satisfacción de 30 días. Si no está satisfecho, puede solicitar un reembolso completo dentro de los primeros 30 días desde la activación del servicio.
La garantía de 30 días no aplica para:
- VPS, servidores dedicados y gameservers (por los costos de aprovisionamiento de hardware).
- Registros de dominio (los dominios registrados no son reembolsables por política de ICANN).
- Servicios adicionales como SSL premium, IPs adicionales o licencias de software.
- Servicios cancelados por violación de la política de uso aceptable.
Para cancelaciones fuera del período de garantía, no se realizan reembolsos proporcionales por el tiempo no utilizado. El servicio continúa activo hasta el fin del período facturado.
7. Limitación de responsabilidad
Hazteunsitio.net no será responsable por:
- Pérdidas de datos derivadas de fallos del sistema, siempre que se hayan notificado los procedimientos de backup disponibles.
- Interrupciones del servicio causadas por fuerza mayor, ataques DDoS de escala masiva o fallos de proveedores de conectividad.
- Daños indirectos, lucro cesante o pérdida de negocio del Usuario.
- El contenido alojado por el Usuario en los servidores.
La responsabilidad máxima de Hazteunsitio.net se limita al importe pagado por el Usuario en los últimos 3 meses de servicio.
8. Propiedad intelectual
Todo el contenido de Hazteunsitio.net, incluyendo logos, diseños, textos, software y herramientas, es propiedad exclusiva de Hazteunsitio.net y está protegido por las leyes de propiedad intelectual de Colombia y los tratados internacionales aplicables.
El Usuario retiene todos los derechos sobre el contenido que aloja en nuestros servidores. Al contratar nuestros servicios, el Usuario otorga a Hazteunsitio.net una licencia limitada para almacenar y transmitir dicho contenido con el único propósito de prestar el servicio contratado.
9. Modificaciones
Hazteunsitio.net puede modificar estos Términos de Servicio en cualquier momento. Los cambios se notificarán mediante correo electrónico al Usuario y publicación en el sitio web con al menos 15 días de antelación para cambios sustanciales. El uso continuado del servicio tras la notificación implica la aceptación de los nuevos términos.
10. Ley aplicable y jurisdicción
Estos Términos de Servicio se rigen por las leyes de la República de Colombia. Cualquier disputa se someterá a los tribunales competentes de la ciudad de Bogotá D.C., Colombia, renunciando el Usuario a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponderle.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Hazteunsitio.net's services, including web hosting, VPS, game servers, online radio stations, and web design services, the User declares to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
Hazteunsitio.net reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website. Continued use of the services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Service Description
Hazteunsitio.net offers the following technology services:
- SSD/NVMe Web Hosting: Shared hosting with cPanel, LiteSpeed, and free SSL.
- VPS Cloud and Dedicated Servers: Virtual and physical servers with full root access.
- Game Servers: Servers for online games (Minecraft, FiveM, Rust, ARK, CS2, and others).
- Online Radio Stations: Streaming services with Icecast/SHOUTcast and AutoDJ.
- Professional Web Design: Creation of websites, online stores, and landing pages.
- Domain Registration: Registration, transfer, and management of domain names.
- AI Website Builder: Automated tool to create websites.
Services are available 24 hours a day, with a monthly uptime target of 99.9% (SLA), except for scheduled maintenance notified with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
3. Registration and User Account
To access the services, the User must create an account providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. The User is responsible for:
- Keeping their access credentials confidential.
- All activities that occur under their account.
- Immediately notifying Hazteunsitio.net of any unauthorized use of their account.
- Ensuring that their contact information is always up to date.
Hazteunsitio.net is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized access to the User's account when the User has not adequately protected their credentials.
4. Payments and Billing
Hazteunsitio.net's services are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on the contracted plan. We accept the following payment methods:
- PayPal: For international payments by card or PayPal balance.
- Nequi: Payments from Colombia via mobile app.
- PSE (Pagos Seguros en Línea - Secure Online Payments): Transfer from Colombian bank accounts.
- MercadoPago: Available for Colombia, Chile, Argentina, and other Latin American countries.
Prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Invoices are issued automatically and sent to the registered email address. Non-payment of invoices within 7 days of the due date may result in service suspension.
Hazteunsitio.net may modify prices by giving 30 days' notice. The User may cancel the service before the new price takes effect.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
Hazteunsitio.net's services may not be used for:
- Hosting, distributing, or transmitting illegal content, child pornography, or copyrighted material without authorization.
- Sending spam, unsolicited bulk email, or phishing.
- Hacking activities, exploits, malware, ransomware, or any computer attack.
- Mining cryptocurrency without express written authorization.
- Activities that negatively affect server stability or the experience of other customers.
- Infringing third-party rights or violating applicable Colombian or international law.
Hazteunsitio.net reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any service that violates this policy, without prior notice and without right to a refund.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
30-day guarantee: For new shared hosting services, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days from service activation.
The 30-day guarantee does not apply to:
- VPS, dedicated servers, and game servers (due to hardware provisioning costs).
- Domain registrations (registered domains are non-refundable under ICANN policy).
- Additional services such as premium SSL, additional IPs, or software licenses.
- Services canceled for violation of the acceptable use policy.
For cancellations outside the guarantee period, no prorated refunds are given for unused time. The service remains active until the end of the billed period.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hazteunsitio.net shall not be liable for:
- Data loss resulting from system failures, provided that the available backup procedures have been disclosed.
- Service interruptions caused by force majeure, large-scale DDoS attacks, or failures of connectivity providers.
- Indirect damages, loss of profits, or loss of business of the User.
- Content hosted by the User on the servers.
Hazteunsitio.net's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the last 3 months of service.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Hazteunsitio.net, including logos, designs, texts, software, and tools, is the exclusive property of Hazteunsitio.net and is protected by Colombia's intellectual property laws and applicable international treaties.
The User retains all rights over the content hosted on our servers. By contracting our services, the User grants Hazteunsitio.net a limited license to store and transmit such content for the sole purpose of providing the contracted service.
9. Modifications
Hazteunsitio.net may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be notified to the User by email and published on the website at least 15 days in advance for substantial changes. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Bogotá D.C., Colombia, with the User waiving any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply.
